Hans Euser

ICP Netherlands

Hans Euser, together with his wife Carolien, leads Intercultural Church Plants (ICP) Netherlands, a network of churches that pursue diversity. The organization has been providing training, coaching and advice since 2006. Hans gets help from his core team – who are from Iran, China, Hungary and Burundi – and he draws from his own experience as a pastor and pioneer. In 2006 he researched the role of migrant churches in Amsterdam and wrote about it in a book titled, “Migrants in Mokum.” From 2010-2017 he was responsible for the start of a multi-ethnic church in Veenendaal. In addition to his work for ICP, he explores the opportunities for community formation in his multicultural neighborhood in Rotterdam, where 75 percent of the people have a migrant background.
